About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, website traffic, leads, engagement, and conversions.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, content marketing, analytics, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across Google, Meta, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
- Plan, launch and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage and grow social media accounts and improve audience engagement.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and SEO audits.
- Develop content strategies for websites, blogs, social media and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4,



Google Search Console and other analytics tools.
- Track leads, conversions, CPL, ROI and overall campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports.
- Work with graphic designers, video editors and content writers to develop marketing creatives.
- Identify new digital marketing trends, tools and growth opportunities.
- Manage online reputation and brand presence.
- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels for better lead generation.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of keyword research and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and content marketing.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Valuable communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
