Role Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead and support talent acquisition strategies, recruitment transformation initiatives, and workforce hiring programs. This role will partner with business leaders, HR teams, hiring managers, and talent acquisition stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire top talent while driving recruitment process excellence, candidate experience,



and workforce planning outcomes.

Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Workforce Planning, or Recruitment Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Delivery
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies.
