About the Role
As a Principle Senior IT Auditor within Group Internal Audit (GIA), you'll bring your expertise in Information Technology and Cyber Security to life across a wide range of impactful audit activities. This is your chance to explore Swiss Re's diverse IT domains, deepen your understanding of processes and controls, and engage with topics that shape the organization's risk culture. Whether you're scoping an audit, uncovering insights, or presenting findings to senior stakeholders - your work will genuinely matter.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and participate in a variety of audits end-to-end - from scoping, planning and developing the testing plan,



to executing the testing plan and documenting the results, to presenting the findings to the relevant stakeholders and finally writing and issuing the audit report.
Collaboration in the audit team - plan and deliver your assigned task and work in close collaboration with the audit team, challenge and coach the audit team to excel by acting as a role model, positively influence the overall audit outcome.
Drive technical excellence - apply and leverage your technology expertise to deliver advanced assurance over complex technology topics, support the development of innovative audit techniques by applying automation, AI and data analytics.
Workpaper review - review the work of peers and more junior audit team members and provide feedback and coaching.
Build and maintain solid relationships with IT stakeholders - interact with IT management as part of audits and regular meetings and engage with various stakeholders across the business.
