Responsibilities:
Diagnose and manage patients with trauma and spine-related orthopaedic conditions.
Perform and assist in trauma and spine surgeries as per departmental protocols.
Evaluate patients through OPD, emergency, IPD, and follow-up consultations.
Develop individualized treatment plans, including surgical and conservative management.
Participate in emergency trauma call duties and inpatient management.
Ensure adherence to hospital quality standards, infection control, and patient safety protocols.
Participate in CMEs, academic discussions, clinical audits, and departmental meetings.
Mentor junior doctors, residents, and clinical staff when required.
Eligibility
MS (Orthopaedics):
DNB (Orthopaedics):
CPS/Fellowship Diploma in Orthopaedics (CPS/FD Ortho)
Experience
Hands-on clinical and surgical experience in Trauma & Spine.
Experience working in a high-volume orthopaedic center with 150+ surgeries per month.
Solid exposure to trauma management, fracture fixation, spine procedures, and postoperative care.
Ability to independently assess, diagnose, and manage orthopaedic emergencies.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
