Job DescriptionAbout the Role

We are seeking a energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive domestic and international business for our portfolio of potato starch, modified starch, starch derivatives, and specialty food ingredients. The role focuses on business development, key account management, export market expansion, distributor development, and revenue growth across India and global markets.

The ideal candidate should possess robust B2B sales expertise, technical knowledge of food ingredients, and hands-on experience in handling domestic as well as export operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Drive sales growth across domestic and international markets.
Develop new B2B customers in FMCG, snacks, bakery, dairy, beverage,



noodles, pasta, and food processing industries.
Promote starch-based ingredient applications and identify current business opportunities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Expand into new territories and industry segments.

Key Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers.
Coordinate with Production, QA, R&D;, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer concerns related to quality, deliveries, and service.
Ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Export Business Development
Develop new export markets and distributor networks.
Handle international enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
Build relationships with overseas buyers, importers, and industrial customers.
Participate in international trade exhibitions and virtual B2B events.
