Requirements
7.5+ years of qualified experience as a Product designer - UX/UI Design, functioning as a hybrid designer across both disciplines .
Expert proficiency in primary user research methodologies, including user interviews, A/B testing, card sorting, contextual inquiry, and field research.
Proven experience conducting external design workshops with clients, demonstrating robust facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced expertise in Figma, UX design, visual design, and UX strategy.
Demonstrated ability to define and apply personas, user journeys, and service blueprints to guide design decisions.




Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate UX user stories and design rationale to cross-functional teams and clients.
Strong collaborative mindset, with experience working alongside squad designers, product owners, and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
Proficiency in building interactive prototypes to validate concepts and communicate design solutions effectively.
Experience identifying, designing, and executing user interface experiments, including analyzing data from real-life experimentation and user testing.
Ability to support product leads and product owners in defining both long-term vision and short-term roadmaps for digital products.
