Job Responsibilities

Product Development Management: Lead the product development department to complete product development and cost accounting accurately and on schedule; oversee the department's daily operations and management; streamline, refine, and implement departmental processes to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of standards; and define product pricing logic while consolidating and analyzing pricing data.
2、Quality Issue Management: Coordinate recent product industrialization processes based on specific customer characteristics; ensure internal quality standards align with customer requirements; support customer annual quality management initiatives to maintain a secure quality management system; and promptly coordinate the resolution of customer complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.
3、 Internal Operations Management and Optimization: Responsible for key KPIs such as sales revenue, on-time delivery rates,



and production lead times; facilitate cross-departmental communication and coordination to resolve supply chain issues; propose solutions for supply chain bottlenecks; and formulate medium- to long-term capacity requirement plans.
4、Key Project Management: Lead continuous improvement projects for the operational processes of the product development and supply chain departments, as well as other joint projects with clients.
Customer Management: Initiate joint projects to meet customer needs, standardize cooperation methods, and improve factory operational processes; guide customers in jointly enhancing work practices and communication styles to ensure smooth collaboration; maintain and manage customer relationships; and organize and participate in regular customer meetings.
