Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive to generate recent business prospects and increase sales of UPVC and Aluminium doors & windows. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, client acquisition, lead generation, follow-ups, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, builders, architects, contractors, and other channels.
Identify and approach potential customers for UPVC/Aluminium doors and windows.
Develop and maintain relationships with builders, architects, contractors, interior designers, dealers, and individual customers.
Visit project sites and understand customer requirements.
Explain product specifications, features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.




Maintain regular follow-up with existing and new customers.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Required Skills
Business Development / Field Sales experience.
Experience in UPVC Doors & Windows, Aluminium, Building Materials, Construction Materials, or Interior Products is preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Solid lead generation and customer conversion skills.
Ability to handle field visits independently.
Good knowledge of Chennai locations.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.

Education
Any Graduate / Diploma.
Sales or Marketing qualification will be an added advantage.
