Job Profile:





- Drive sales of USDA Certified Company. innovative nature-based personal care & home care products by building strong client relationships and exceeding targets typically for B2B / B2C.
- Prospect & acquire recent clients in Personal Care, Home Care, Pharma, & Supply Chain industries.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: leads, demos, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales quotas through targeted outreach and follow-ups.
- Build and nurture client portfolios for repeat business and referrals.
- Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and forecast using CRM/Excel.
- Liaise with production and logistics for seamless order delivery.
- Attend industry expos and networking events.

Desired Profile:

- B.Sc (Pharma / Biotech / Chemical preferred) or equivalent; sales certification a plus.
- 2 to 8 years B2B / B2C sales experience in Personal Care / Baby Care / Home Care preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and MS Office skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mind-set.
- Ready to travelling PAN India
