- GST & TDS knowledge (returns and applicable sections)
- E-way bill creation and management
- Variance reporting (Budget vs. Actual from SAP)
- PO, WO, and PR process knowledge
- Proficiency in Excel
- Reports handling: CJI3, BTC, ZBC, and related data
- Vendor ageing analysis
- GR/SR/FR closing and review
- Vendor ledger clearing entries in SAP
- Vendor NOC and stock reconciliation
- Stock ageing analysis (MB51, MBBS reports)
- BOM vs. DPR analysis in SAP
- Order settlement knowledge
- WBS and Cost Center accounting knowledge
- MSME compliance knowledge
- SAP payment proposal preparation and review
- Bank reconciliation (SAP and Excel)
- Trial Balance and P&L; understanding
- Willingness for site visits (quantity audit and project closures)
