* Assist Product Managers with **user research, requirements, user stories and product documentation**.

* Support organisation and mapping of **medical content, MCQs, videos, tests, notes and clinical cases**.

* Coordinate with **Academics, Faculty, Engineering, Design, QA and Operations**.

* Perform functional testing and provide clear feedback on product features and learner journeys.

* Support clinical case collection, validation, tagging and publishing workflows.

* Track user feedback, product metrics, defects and improvement initiatives.

* Use **AI tools** for research, documentation, summarisation and product analysis while validating outputs responsibly.

* Interest or basic understanding of **medical education, MBBS, NEET PG or NEET SS** is preferred.

* Robust **analytical, communication, problem-solving and documentation skills**.

* Basic understanding of **web/mobile applications, Agile and software development**.

* Familiarity with **Jira, Confluence, Figma, Excel/Google Sheets, analytics or SQL** is an advantage.
