Job Summary

You will act as an SAP Finance Support Specialist offering round-the-clock operational assistance for global enterprise systems across FI/CO, BPC, and S/4HANA Finance. Your primary focus will center on managing cost centers, executing profitability analyses, driving Group Reporting, and assisting with essential month-end financial closures. In this position, you will translate intricate financial requirements into functional SAP architecture, safeguard end-to-end data integrity, and protect system integrations. Leveraging clear stakeholder communication and quick incident resolution, you will ensure stable, high-performing financial operations.

Responsibilities

- Deliver Continuous Support: Provide dedicated functional support across SAP FI/CO and BPC environments to ensure seamless, day-to-day financial operations for a global enterprise.
- Enable Group Reporting: Configure and optimize core SAP functionalities to enable accurate group reporting, corporate cost center management, and client profitability tracking.
- Translate Finance Workflows: Analyze complex corporate financial processes and translate them into robust, scalable SAP functional designs and system configurations.
- Maintain Data Consistency: Monitor, maintain, and secure integration points across interconnected financial systems to ensure absolute data integrity and consistency.
- Drive Closing Operations: Provide critical,



high-availability technical support during high-stakes month-end and year-end corporate financial closing activities.
- Manage Financial Incidents: Execute structured incident management procedures to rapidly troubleshoot, root-cause, and resolve complex financial system disruptions.
- Perform Code Debugging: Utilize basic ABAP debugging knowledge to investigate standard transactions, identify code exceptions, and isolate system performance bugs.
- Partner with Stakeholders: Bridge the gap between IT and business by communicating technical SAP concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical finance stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience

- 5+ years of in-depth experience with SAP FICO, BPC, and S/4HANA Finance
- Strong understanding of financial accounting, consolidation, and profitability analysis
- Proven experience in a 24x7 global enterprise support workplace
- Familiarity with ABAP debugging and ITIL-based incident management
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills to translate technical issues to finance teams

Preferred Skills and Experience

- Master's degree and relevant certification(s)
