Operate and manage the plant in such a way as to achieve the Target of the line, set by the management. Supervise the plant construction, Equipment installation and start up. Supervision during construction of projects, installation, and start up Wire Drawing plant, overseeing the Plant operations, technological developments and training of staff. Trouble-shoot during day to day operation.

- Ability to work on own initiative on each machine of wire drawing and stranding
- Ability to do the wire rod and wire pointing, welding and train others.
- A thorough knowledge of the wire drawing manufacturing operations.
- Ability to sustain and develop team working and team-based problem solving
- Trouble shoot in day-to-day operation of the wire drawing and stranding
- Ability to learn and operate the recent machine through HMI screen

Responsibilities :

Accomplish manufacturing of drawn wire and pc strand as per size and length and spec by planning, monitoring, communicating requirements to the workmen and ensuring all process parameters are followed according to the order instruction





- Maintain work flow by setting process variables, monitoring steps of the process;

observing equipment and control points; monitoring resources and personnel; facilitating

corrections to malfunctions, trouble shoot in day to day operation of wire drawing.

- Ensure operation of equipment by evaluating new equipment and calling maintenance for

repairs.

- Provide manufacturing information by writing production and idle time reports and

records of process parameters in all processes.

- Educate and direct employees on the safe use of equipment, all control points and

resources

- Inspect produced drawn wire and strand and labeling.
- Train workmen in every operation of the wire drawing production.
- Train all for Safe handling of wire rod, spools, FG Coils
- All operation to be demonstrated to train workmen like Pointing of wire rod, wire, welding

of wire rod , wire, die changing , safe handling of wire during die change, wire break, wire rod break , spool length setting
