Responsibilities

- Ability to follow structured decision trees, defined risk criteria, and standard operating procedures with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to identify patterns, gaps, or recurring issues and escalate observations appropriately, without ownership of solution design.
- Transparent and qualified written communication skills, with the ability to document findings, follow-ups, and outcomes accurately within enterprise systems.
- Demonstrated process discipline, with the ability to operate effectively in structured, rules-based environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail, enabling accurate identification of inconsistencies, missing information, and misclassified risk events.
- Familiarity with incident management, EHS, risk management, or compliance workflows is preferred.
- Foundational understanding of AI-assisted workflows and human-in-the-loop validation processes.
- High level of adaptability and comfort working in evolving, dynamic environments, particularly where processes and tools continue to mature.
- Openness to feedback and the ability to quickly incorporate updates to SOPs, risk definitions, and AI-related workflows.




- Skilled and effective stakeholder interaction skills, including coordinating with action owners and escalating issues respectfully.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking, filtering, and basic analysis, and Microsoft Word for documentation and SOP adherence.
- Proven experience working within enterprise systems such as incident management or case management platforms.
- Sound analytical judgment with the ability to apply risk criteria effectively and recognize situations requiring escalation.
- Strong commitment to continuous learning, with an interest in building knowledge of safety risk concepts and AI-supported tools over time.
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership, ensuring assigned tasks are completed through to closure or appropriately escalated.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads
