Job Description:
We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for desktop and laptop systems, printers, and Active Directory services. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensure proper setup and configuration of devices, and assist with user account management.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and troubleshoot Windows desktops/laptops.
Handle issues with Outlook O365, antivirus, encryption, and DNS domains.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software.
