Plan A Technologies is seeking a proactive Scrum Master . In this position, you will be responsible for facilitating team-level Scrum practices, managing cross-team dependencies, maintaining project documentation, and tracking progress for leadership visibility.

Please note: you must have at least 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master to be considered for this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

- Facilitate all ceremonies like Stand Up, Backlog Grooming/Refinement, Retrospective.

- Work with the dependent teams to ensure that any dependencies are identified and tracked to ensure smooth project delivery.

- Implement the required documentation like Technological Feasible Document, My Work Front requests. Keep the Devops work items updated with the latest information.

- Provide the latest status of the projects and update the required dashboards, Monday.com board, so that the leadership team is up to date with the latest statuses.
