We are looking for a proactive and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals across various technical roles. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and deliver high-quality candidates within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand technical job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, qualified networks, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.




- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation and assist with offer management and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update candidate databases/ATS with accurate recruitment information.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Meet recruitment targets and turnaround-time (TAT) requirements.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends, technologies, skill availability, and market compensation
