Role & responsibilities

Monitor and control OTR Lab operations, bagging (PSC/CC/SIS), master shipments, shipment delays, in-transit samples, and overall on-time/delay operations.

Ensure sample integrity and adherence to quality standards. Drive timely escalation closure and ensure compliance with NABL audit requirements, particularly for logistics operations.

Coordinate and resolve operational escalations within the defined TAT of 48 hours. Monitor repeat escalations, critical issue closures, and client complaints, including Call Centre queries across all departments.

Improve operational efficiency through data-driven planning and effective utilization of manpower and resources across Lab and Logistics operations.

Prepare and analyze daily MIS reports for Lab, Logistics,



and Wellness Centre operations. Monitor logistics billing and provide actionable insights based on operational data.

Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams and clients. Monitor and ensure adherence to priority sample requirements and timely resolution of client-related operational concerns.

Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to reduce operational errors, improve productivity, optimize processes, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
