- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification activities.
- Lead safety inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; implement corrective actions.
- Organize EHS training, safety awareness programs, and toolbox talks.
- Monitor workplace safety performance and KPI reporting.
- Manage emergency preparedness plans, drills, and response activities.
- Ensure proper waste management and environmental compliance.
- Oversee contractor and vendor safety management.
- Maintain EHS records, permits, and regulatory documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a solid safety culture.
- Support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management system requirements.
