- Basics of AI
- Conversant with basics of Total Quality Management Systems (TQM) required for the role
- Prior experience as Quality Partner, Excellence Partner, Compliance lead (DEP / ACM)
- Green Belt / Black belt / Lean certified
- Prior experience in Mentoring projects
- Participated in Internal/External Audits
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MS Office & Excel Skills
- Customer centricity
- Strong Team Player
- Strong analytical skill.
Qualification:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- 5 to 11 Years of Relevant Experience.
- Should be ok with Night/Rotational Shift
