About the Role

Jax Consulting is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Senior Consultant with 10+ years of experience who brings deep expertise across Salesforce to join our global delivery team, building enterprise-scale, AI-augmented Salesforce solutions for our clients. If you're a hands-on technical leader ready to own architecture decisions and build next-gen solutions, we want to meet you.

Core Skills Were Looking For:

- 10+ years of Salesforce experience, with strong hands-on skills in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch Apex, Schedulers, and Flows
- Hands-on Data Cloud experience data harmonization, identity resolution, unification, segmentation, and activation — is a core requirement, not a bonus
- Experience with Experience Cloud/Communities, and ideally exposure to Nonprofit Cloud or Education Cloud
- Solid grasp of Enterprise Architecture — MVC patterns,



UML, and scalable solution design
- Integration expertise: REST, SOAP, OAuth 2.0, SSO, SAML
- CI/CD experience with Bitbucket, Copado, and Agile/Scrum/DevOps delivery practices
- Salesforce certifications strongly preferred (Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, Data Cloud Consultant, or equivalent)
- Bonus: Experience deploying open-source LWC apps on Heroku, or Einstein Studio/predictive AI model experience
