Role & responsibilities

- Order Management: Process domestic and international sales orders accurately, ensuring timely coordination with the production, quality control (QC), and dispatch teams.
- Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for routine customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, pricing, and dispatch updates.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales and business development team by preparing quotations, proforma invoices, product catalogs, and sample kits.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date sales logs, track pending orders, and generate daily/weekly/monthly sales and dispatch reports.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with the logistics team to track shipments and ensure delivery timelines are met.
- Database Management: Keep customer relationship management (CRM) records, contact lists, and client agreements properly organized and updated.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with prior Sales Coordination experience with Science Qualification will be preferred
