Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize operational efficiency and meet organizational goals.
- Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, vendor management, and process improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with vendors for contract negotiations, and ensure compliance with related processes and regulations.
- Respond to issues and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage documents, provisions, billing data, and payments effectively.
- Supervise, train, and coordinate employees involved in warehouse and logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards governing warehouse and logistics operations.
- Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals with overall organizational objectives.
- Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and facilities, to meet operational demand across regions.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring their needs and requirements are met effectively.
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing mentorship and motivation to achieve operational goals.




- Oversee technology implementation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Continuously improve processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with customer teams to build solid relationships and address any concerns or issues.
- Conduct warehouse visits for team meetings, audits, and to ensure operational compliance.
- Understand and anticipate customer needs and requirements to deliver exceptional service.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to streamline operations and achieve organizational objectives.
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and effective integration.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance for senior management review.
- Desired Skills:

*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

*Proven experience in logistics and warehouse management, with at least [X years] in a managerial role.

*Strong understanding of inventory control, vendor management, and process improvement methodologies.

*Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor teams effectively.
