We are looking for an experienced Factory Finance & Costing qualified to manage manufacturing accounting, costing, inventory controls and SAP Business One operations at our Billanakote factory.
The role will work closely with Production, Procurement, Stores, SCM, Finance and SAP/IT teams while maintaining strong financial controls and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SAP Business One transactions related to production, procurement and inventory.
- Handle cost accounting, product costing, standard costing and variance analysis.
- Monitor raw material consumption, labour, overheads, WIP and finished goods costing.
- Ensure accurate GRN, AP invoice processing, landed cost and vendor reconciliation.
- Manage inventory reconciliation, stock valuation and month-end closing.
- Prepare costing sheets, cost statements and management MIS.
- Coordinate with internal/external Cost Auditors and support cost audit requirements.
- Work closely with factory operations to ensure correct booking of stock movements and production transactions.
- Supervise AP data-entry activities and ensure proper supporting documentation.
- Support transition from Tally to SAP Business One and maintain accuracy across both systems.
Candidate Profile
- 8-12+ years of experience in manufacturing finance/accounts/costing.
- Strong experience in Cost Accounting, Factory Accounts and Inventory Accounting.
- SAP Business One / SAP B1 experience is mandatory.
- Experience in product costing, production accounting, landed cost and inventory valuation.
- Exposure to Cost Audit / Cost Statements preferred.
- Strong MS Excel and reconciliation skills.
- B.Com / M.Com / CMA Inter / CA Inter / CMA / CA preferred.
- Should have strong integrity, analytical ability and the confidence to independently maintain financial controls within a factory environment.
