SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant LTI Experience Mandatory

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant with strong functional expertise in the SuccessFactors Compensation module. LTI (Long-Term Incentive) experience is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

- Solid functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, specifically the Compensation module.
- Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementation and support.
- Minimum 1 implementation project and 1 support project in SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Mandatory experience with LTI (Long-Term Incentive) compensation.
- Must hold a valid SAP SuccessFactors Compensation certification.
- Experience supporting the annual compensation cycle, including configuration, enhancements, testing, and issue resolution.
- Good experience with custom compensation statements.
- Good understanding of other SAP SuccessFactors modules and their integration with Compensation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
