What you will be responsible for

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for onshore and offshore positions, including sourcing, screening, coordination, interviewing and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Contribute to strengthening Oreta's employer brand and talent pipeline.

Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations

- Coordinate onboarding and ensure every new employee has a smooth and engaging start.
- Manage HR documentation,



employee records, HR systems and day-to-day HR administration with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate offboarding activities, including documentation, asset handover, exit formalities and employee communication.
- Support attendance tracking, employee data management and HR reporting.
- Ensure HR processes are organised, responsive and aligned with applicable requirements.

Employee Experience & Engagement

- Support employee engagement initiatives, team activities, recognition programs and wellness initiatives.
- Contribute to Learning & Development activities and other people initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.
- Take ownership of ad-hoc HR initiatives and projects as required.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is self-driven, organised, people-oriented and comfortable taking ownership.

Essential

- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to recruitment and HR operations.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Robust organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple requirements.
- Ability to work independently,



take responsibility and follow through on commitments.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine willingness to learn and grow.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Teams.

Desirable

- Experience working in a fast-growing organisation.
- Experience in the IT / technology industry.
- Exposure to both recruitment and broader employee lifecycle activities.
- A practical, solution-oriented approach to HR.
