Role & responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects within agreed time, cost, quality and safety parameters.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, PMC, architects, vendors, contractors and internal teams.
- Plan project schedules, manpower, materials and resources and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor site progress and resolve project execution issues effectively.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and ensure execution as per approved designs.
- Coordinate with procurement and commercial teams for timely material availability and project requirements.
- Monitor project costs, variations, billing and overall commercial performance and budgeting.
- Ensure quality standards, safety requirements and statutory compliance at project sites.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress updates to management.
- Manage multiple teams and contractors and ensure effective coordination across all project activities.




- Ensure proper project handover and closure within the agreed timelines.

Preferred candidate profile.

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Construction Management or relevant qualification.
- 15 to 20 years of experience in interior fit-out, commercial interiors, turnkey projects or interior construction.
- Strong experience in handling large-scale corporate/commercial interior projects.
- Good knowledge of project planning, site execution, BOQ, billing, costing and vendor/contractor management.
- Robust leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across project locations as required.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in corporate office, retail, hospitality, commercial or large-scale interior fit-out projects.
