Relationship Officer - Direct Sourcing (Loan Against Property)
Job Purpose:
Responsible for sourcing Loan Against Property (LAP) business through direct sales activities, customer referrals, and channel networks to achieve business targets while ensuring portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate LAP leads through self-sourcing and field sales.
- Acquire current customers and build strong relationships.
- Manage end-to-end loan sourcing, documentation, and login processes.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams for timely processing.
- Develop referral and connector networks to increase business.
- Ensure compliance and maintain portfolio quality.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-5 years of experience in LAP, Home Loans, Mortgage, Banking, or NBFC sales.
- Strong sales, networking, and customer relationship skills.
