We are looking for a confident, empathetic, and target-oriented Health Counselor to handle patients after their consultation with the doctor.

The Health Counselor will understand the doctor's recommendations, explain the recommended treatment plans to patients, address their questions and concerns, discuss suitable treatment options and packages, and help convert consultations into treatment bookings.

The role requires strong patient counseling, communication, negotiation, follow-up, and sales conversion skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Meet patients after their consultation with the doctor.
- Understand the patient's concerns, treatment requirements, and the doctor's recommendations.
- Explain the recommended treatment plan in a simple and professional manner.
- Educate patients about the treatment process, sessions, expected timelines, and general aftercare as advised by the clinical team.
- Help patients understand the benefits and suitability of the recommended treatment.
- Address patient questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Discuss available treatment plans, packages, and pricing with patients.
- Handle negotiations and help patients choose a suitable treatment/package within the options approved by the clinic.
- Convert doctor consultations into treatment bookings and sales.
- Coordinate with the doctor and clinic team whenever additional clarification is required.
- Follow up with patients who are interested but have not yet confirmed their treatment.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with undecided patients and work towards conversion.




- Reconnect with previous consultations and potential patients where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of consultations, treatment interest, follow-ups, bookings, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the front-desk and clinical team to ensure a smooth patient journey.
- Achieve assigned monthly conversion and revenue targets.
- Maintain a qualified, ethical, and patient-friendly approach throughout the counseling and conversion process.
