Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure the implementation of cutting-edge fire and safety measures across all plant locations.
- Plan and conduct mock drills in factories to assess and ensure safety readiness in all aspects.
- Conduct thorough safety audits at all locations to identify and rectify any deviations from safety standards.
- Develop emergency route maps for all plant sites, ensuring swift evacuation in case of emergencies.
- Provide training to employees on safety protocols and fire-fighting techniques, promoting a safety-conscious culture.
- Prepare and deliver monthly reports to the Production Head, highlighting safety deviations and corrective actions.
