Job Summary:

We are Seeking for a highly analytical and research-oriented SEBI Registered - Equity Research Analyst to join our Investment Management team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth fundamental research, identifying investment opportunities, analysing companies and industries, preparing investment research reports, and supporting the investment team in making informed and data-driven investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed fundamental equity research across companies, sectors, and industries.
- Analyse company financial statements including P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, and key financial ratios.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models and valuation models.
- Perform company valuations using methodologies such as DCF, Comparable Companies, EV/EBITDA, P/E, P/B, and other relevant approaches.
- Track industry trends, macroeconomic developments, regulatory changes, and company specific developments.




- Prepare comprehensive investment notes, research reports, company updates, and sector reports.
- Conduct management and industry research, including participation in management interactions, analyst/investor calls, concalls, and company meetings.
- Evaluate quarterly results, investor presentations, annual reports, conference calls, and other corporate disclosures.
- Maintain a strong understanding of SEBI regulations, compliance requirements, and applicable research-related regulatory guidelines.

Key Skills:

• Must have certificate of Equity Research Analyst Granted by SEBI.

• Masters / Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Equity Research, Portfolio Management, Asset Management, Investment Management, Brokerage, or Financial Research.

• Robust understanding of Indian equity markets and capital markets.
