POSITION

MBBS Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

QUALIFICATION

- MBBS from a recognized medical college

- Valid NMC / Bihar State Medical Council Registration

DUTY REQUIREMENT

- 24 Hours On-Call Support

- Availability for emergency patient care and urgent clinical requirements

- Duty pattern as per hospital roster

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide medical support to OPD and IPD patients

- Attend to emergency and urgent medical cases

- Perform initial patient assessment and clinical examination

- Monitor admitted patients and their vital signs

- Initiate treatment and stabilization as per clinical protocols

- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and escalate critical cases to the concerned Consultant

- Coordinate with Consultants, nursing staff and other hospital departments

- Assist Consultants during rounds, procedures and emergency management

- Maintain accurate case sheets, progress notes, prescriptions and clinical documentation





- Ensure timely investigation and follow-up of patients

- Follow hospital protocols, infection-control practices and patient-safety standards

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Good clinical assessment and emergency management skills

- Strong communication and patient-handling abilities

- Ability to work under pressure and respond promptly to emergencies

- Good coordination with consultants and nursing staff

- Professional, responsible and patient-centric approach
