Job Summary

A Social Worker cum Field Mobiliser is responsible for community outreach, beneficiary identification, awareness generation and mobilization of individuals for various social welfare, education, skill development, livelihood and government-sponsored programs. The role involves extensive fieldwork, community engagement and coordination with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits and community outreach activities.
- Mobilize beneficiaries for training, employment, education and welfare programs.
- Create awareness about government schemes and social development initiatives.
- Coordinate with local authorities, community leaders and stakeholders.
- Organize meetings, workshops, camps and awareness programs.
- Collect beneficiary data and maintain field records.
- Assist in surveys, assessments and project implementation activities.
- Prepare field reports and submit progress updates.
- Support monitoring and evaluation of program activities.




- Build and maintain positive relationships with communities.

Experience

- In the field of child education and rights

Qualifications

- Graduate in Pshchology
- Basic computer certification preferred.
- Good Communication Skills.
