- 1 -2 years of experience in BPO Recruitment
- Hands-on experience in Bulk/Mass Hiring
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels
- Ability to handle high-volume recruitment targets
- Strong candidate screening and interview coordination skills
- Good understanding of the BPO hiring process
- Ability to work in a target-driven and quick-paced environment
- Strong follow-up and candidate engagement skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO requirements
- Source and screen candidates as per process requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interview rounds
- Drive walk-ins, bulk hiring drives, and recruitment campaigns
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment MIS
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining
- Ensure joining and onboarding targets are achieved
- Coordinate with Operations and other stakeholders for manpower requirements
- Work on improving selection-to-joining ratio and reducing candidate drop-offs
