Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Planning and Budgeting Consultant with 8+ years of expertise in Oracle EPM solutions. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementation, architecture design, and optimization of Oracle Cloud Planning (EPBCS/PBCS) solutions, working closely with senior business stakeholders and finance leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM Planning & Budgeting solutions.
- Architect scalable planning models for Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Project Planning.
- Drive requirement gathering workshops with CFOs, finance directors, and business stakeholders.
- Define solution architecture, data flow, integration strategy, and security framework.
- Develop and optimize complex business rules, calculation scripts, and allocation models.
- Design and implement data integration using Data Management, FDMEE, REST APIs, and EPM Automate.
- Build and optimize reports, dashboards, and Smart View templates for executive reporting.
- Ensure best practices in performance tuning, application design, and metadata management.
- Lead end-user training, UAT, and production deployment activities.
- Provide production support, issue resolution,



and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior consultants and lead technical delivery teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM / Hyperion Planning / Oracle Fusion Cloud Planning & Budgeting.
- Strong expertise in Oracle EPBCS/PBCS architecture and implementation lifecycle.
- Deep knowledge of financial planning processes: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Business Rules / Calculation Scripts
- Data Management / Integration tools
- Smart View & Financial Reporting
- Essbase (ASO/BSO)

- Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of EPM applications.
- Solid stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Oracle EPM Cloud Certification (Planning / EPBCS).
- Experience in Oracle ERP Cloud integration (Financials, HCM).
- Knowledge of Groovy scripting and automation frameworks.
- Experience in global implementations or large-scale enterprise environments.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
