About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Officer to drive General Trade sales in Dehradun. The role involves appointing new distributors, managing existing distributor relationships, and growing secondary sales through retail expansion in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, appoint, and onboard current distributors in Dehradun and surrounding markets
- Drive secondary sales through retail outlet coverage and beat plan execution
- Expand retail distribution (numeric and weighted) for Thunder Masala products
- Ensure timely order booking, stock availability, and claim settlement with distributors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers
- Track and report daily/weekly sales performance against targets
- Execute trade schemes and promotional activities at the retail level




- Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the territory

Requirements

- 45 years of experience in General Trade sales, preferably in FMCG/food products
- Proven track record of distributor appointment and secondary sales growth
- Strong local market knowledge of Dehradun and Uttarakhand trade channels
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
