Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.

- Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.

- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment with job requirements.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Recruitment).

- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build robust relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates.

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Naukri.com or similar tools.
