Education: Any Graduate - IATA qualified (added advantage)
- Responsible for issuing, reissuing Air tickets for all customers.
- To confirm waitlisted seats by monitoring flights and liaising with the airlines.
- Monitor and manage GDS queues.
- Ensure quality check and queries to be resolved within TAT.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 2- 4 Years of experience in Issuing and reissuing Tickets on CRS Amadeus and Sabre.
- Excellent communication, good customer service leadership skills.
- Willingness to work under UK shift timing.
