Job Description

- Team Management: Mentoring a team of min 10 recruiters, tracking daily team performance, and monitoring pipeline conversions.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinating with Sales and Delivery team for technical requirements, managing feedback/ offer closures and deployment of the right candidate
- Sourcing & Pipelining: Sourcing IT professionals across platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri.com for Infra related positions (Database, Operating System, Middleware, Networking and Security Operations | Application requirements Java , .Net, Python, Software Testing
- Target Management: Driving monthly joining target and reducing the time-to-hire for specialized tech roles.
- Required Essentials

1. Should be from IT Staffing industry

2. Team Management is MANDATORY

3. Should have worked in target based work environment

4. Open to stretch working hours if required

5. Open to work on Saturdays if required

6 Able to work in quick paced work environment
