Hiring: Partner Office Manager (Agency Channel)

Location: Bangalore Jayanagar , Chennai , Kochi

CTC: Up to 8 LPA

Eligibility:

36 years of experience in Life Insurance Agency/Variable Agency Channel

Must have handled a business volume of 4050 Lakhs with consistent growth opportunities

Graduate (MBA preferred)

Experience in Agency/APC Channel preferred

Atleast 3 year of stability in current company is required

Role:

Recruit and develop Franchisee/Partner Offices

Build and manage Agency Partners

Drive life insurance sales and business growth

Individual Contributor role responsible for creating a team of Franchisee Partners
