Key Responsibilities:

- Handle plastic injection mould maintenance, repair and development.
- Conduct mould trials, troubleshooting and dimensional corrections.
- Hands-on knowledge of core & cavity, sliders, lifters, ejector and cooling systems.
- Exposure to CNC/VMC, EDM, Wire EDM, grinding and milling.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for mould-related issues.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and tool history.

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Tool & Die / Production Engineering.
