Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the assigned ward/unit.
- Allocate duties, prepare staff deployment, and monitor shift-wise nursing activities.
- Ensure quality patient care, medication safety, infection control, and compliance with hospital protocols and NABH standards.
- Monitor documentation, nursing records, patient safety practices, and handover procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments regarding patient care and clinical requirements.
- Handle staff-related issues, patient concerns, emergencies, and escalate critical matters to the Nursing Administration.
- Guide, train, and evaluate junior nursing staff and ensure adherence to skilled standards.
Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM
Experience: Preferably 5+ years of relevant hospital experience, with prior supervisory or in-charge experience.
