Job Summary

Indiabulls Securities is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Head to lead the branch’s business growth, revenue generation, client acquisition, and team performance.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brokerage revenue, improving branch profitability, acquiring new clients, and building strong, long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive and achieve branch targets for brokerage revenue, new client acquisition, and overall branch profitability.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve monthly and annual branch targets.
- Hire, manage, train, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers to deliver consistent business performance.
- Monitor team productivity and ensure achievement of individual and branch-level targets.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure a high level of client retention.
- Focus on generating current business through various products and services offered by the company.
- Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, client relationships, and other acquisition channels.
- Build and maintain a strong client base while ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Take ownership of branch revenue, profitability, client acquisition, and retention metrics.




- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance and support to the Relationship Manager team.
- Ensure effective coordination between the branch and other internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Drive a strong sales culture within the branch and ensure adherence to company policies and processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Relevant experience in Branch Management/Branch Head roles within the broking, wealth management, investment, or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving brokerage revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Strong experience in hiring, managing, and motivating Relationship Managers or sales teams.
- Excellent client relationship management and business development skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team-management capabilities.
- Well-connected within the local market with the ability to generate new business.
- Target-oriented, commercially driven, and capable of managing branch profitability.
- Candidates with strong local market knowledge and established client networks in Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Chennai will be preferred.
