Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Upsell existing clients by identifying their needs and offering relevant products or services.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent communication skills to build robust relationships with clients.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in BPO, call center, or telesales industry.
- Strong Hindi speaking skills are required for this role.
- Ability to handle outbound calls effectively and meet sales targets consistently.
- Experience in upselling and cross-selling products or services.
