Role & responsibilities

To provide strategic and daily operational leadership covering Pellet, Sponge Iron, SMS, Rolling Mills, Power Plant, Pipe Mill, FAD and Logistics. The role is accountable for safe, reliable, cost-effective, quality-focused and compliant operations while driving productivity, process improvement, digital enablement, customer orientation and leadership capability across the plant.

Integrated steel operations

- Production planning and scheduling
- OEE, yield and productivity improvement
- Cost, energy and consumption control
- Maintenance and shutdown governance
- Quality, SOP, 5S and audit discipline
- Safety and environmental compliance
- Digital operations, MIS and budgeting , Business strategy,

Preferred candidate profile

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgical,



Electrical or Production Engineering. MBA/PGDM in Operations

Relevant Experience

- 20to25 years in integrated steel or large process manufacturing, including senior leadership of multi-unit plant operations.

Industry Preference

- Integrated steel manufacturing experience preferred, covering Pellet/DRI, SMS, Rolling Mills, Power/CPP, Pipe Mill, FAD, Utilities and Logistics.
