Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions through calls, chat.
- Understand customer concerns and assist them with appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a skilled and courteous approach while interacting with customers.
- Follow company processes, policies, and quality standards.
- Record and update customer information and interactions accurately in the system.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with online systems.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
- Freshers are welcome; relevant BPO/customer service experience will be an advantage.
- Candidates should have a suitable setup and reliable internet connection for work from home.
