Job Description Job Summary

We are looking for a Team Lead / Site Supervisor to supervise CCTV installation and maintenance activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for managing technicians, allocating daily work, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise CCTV technicians and manage daily site activities.

- Allocate work to technicians and monitor their performance.

- Ensure proper installation of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, and related equipment.

- Check camera positioning, cabling, power supply, and connectivity.

- Assist technicians in basic troubleshooting and resolving site issues.

- Coordinate with the Project Engineer/Project Manager regarding site progress.

- Ensure required tools and materials are available at the site.

- Maintain daily work/progress reports.

- Ensure work is completed properly and within the given timeline.

- Follow basic safety and site discipline requirements.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3 6 years of hands-on experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.

- Experience in handling a small team of technicians.

- Valuable knowledge of CCTV installation and basic troubleshooting.

- Ability to manage daily site activities independently.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
