- Drive order intake, revenue, and margin growth for WIKA portfolio (force/weighing technology, pressure, temperature, level, flow, calibration solutions) within the Mobile Working Machines segment in North India.
- Manage and expand key accounts
- Develop strong specification positioning of WIKA products at early project stages.
- Identify and convert project opportunities from RFQ stage through order finalization.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to deliver technically compliant and competitive offers.
- Lead commercial negotiations while protecting pricing, margins, and contractual terms.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM updates for management reviews.
- Provide market intelligence on customer preferences, competitor activity, and emerging instrumentation requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through smooth handover, order execution support, and timely issue resolution.
- Manage and grow strategic relationships with major key accounts, including end users, consultants,



and OEMs.Act as the primary commercial contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Bachelor s degree in engineering, Preferably In Electronics Instrumentation Electrical Engineering.
- 4-7 years of sales experience Preferably in Mobile Working Machines industry or Force/Weighing Technology, with a significant portion in handling end user /Major KAM.
- Experience in sales or business development.
