Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day accounting activities includingAccounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, expense reconciliation, cash applications, collections and payroll-related accounting .Ensureaccurate and timely accounting transactionsand support the monthly, quarterly and annual closing process.Prepare and maintaincash management reportsand assist in monitoring cash flows.Processbank payments, fund transfers and other routine banking transactionsas per company procedures.Coordinate with banks and maintain professional banking relationships.Assist incustomer credit verification, credit references, credit limits and payment terms .Assist in preparation ofbudgets, forecasts and financial projections .Support internal and external audit activities and provide required documents and schedules.Coordinate withtax auditors and consultantsfor finalization of accounts and statutory compliances.Assist in reviewing and ensuring timely payment ofGST, TDS, payroll taxes and other statutory dues .Verify and assist in preparation ofmonthly GST returns and other statutory returns .Preparemonthly, quarterly and annual financial statements,



bank statements/reports and MIS reportsas required.Assist in preparation of detailed financial analysis and reconciliation reports.Ensure accurate and timelyaccounting entries and transactions in SAP .Maintain proper documentation and records of all financial transactions.Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, procedures and statutory requirements.Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned byManagement from time to time .Academic QualificationsB.Com / M.ComMBA – Finance / ICWA / CA / CS will be an added advantage.Experience Required1–3 years of relevant experiencein Accounts & Finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Experience in theChemical / Pharma industrywill be preferred.Candidates with hands-on experience inSAP and statutory complianceswill be preferred.Skills & CompetenciesGood knowledge ofaccounting principles and financial processes .Hands-on knowledge ofSAPis required.Good understanding ofGST, TDS and statutory compliance .Robust analytical and reconciliation skills.Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills .Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Self-motivated, detail-oriented and responsible .Good coordination skills with internal teams, auditors, banks and external consultants.
