Senior Admission Counsellor – Premium VerticalLocation:ChennaiFunction:Sales – Study AbroadVertical:PremiumRole:Senior Admission CounsellorWork Schedule:6 days a week |Sunday fixed offAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-orientedSenior Admission Counsellorto join our Premium Study Abroad team inChennai.The role involves counselling prospective students and parents, understanding their study-abroad aspirations, and guiding them towards the right international education opportunities while driving admissions and revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents on international education programs, universities, courses, and destinations.Understand student profiles, career goals, academic background, and financial considerations to provide personalized guidance.Manage leads through the complete sales funnel, from initial counselling to conversion and enrolment.Drive conversions through consultative selling, effective follow-ups,



and strong objection handling.Handle premium/high-value student profiles while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the decision-making journey.Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth application and enrolment journey.Proactively identify opportunities to improve conversion and customer experience.Requirements2–6 years of relevant experiencein Study Abroad, Overseas Education, EdTech, or consultative sales.Proven track record of achieving sales/admission targets.Strong knowledge of international education and study-abroad counselling.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong counselling, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced workplace.Experience handling premium or high-value customers will be an advantage.Key CompetenciesSales & ConversionStudent CounsellingCustomer Relationship ManagementNegotiation & ClosingStakeholder ManagementOwnership & AccountabilityStrong CommunicationWork Schedule6 days a week | Sunday will be the fixed weekly off.If you are passionate about international education and have a solid track record in counselling and sales, join us in building exceptional study-abroad experiences for students.
